Mascarpone Cream
Bring an artisan touch to your desserts with this luxurious, hand-worked Mascarpone Cream. This rich and velvety blend relies on gentle spatula technique to preserve the delicate structure of the cheese.
Infused with aromatic vanilla bean paste and just a whisper of liqueur and heavy cream, it offers a dense, perfectly scoopable consistency that holds its shape beautifully.
Whether layered into a classic dessert, piped onto fresh fruit tarts, or dolloped over seasonal berries, this foolproof cream elevates any sweet occasion with pure, decadent flavor.
There is a distinct art to working with mascarpone. Because this rich Italian cream cheese loses its structure easily if overworked, the secret to a truly exceptional mascarpone cream lies in patience and a gentle touch rather than a high-speed mixer. By tempering the cheese to a cool room temperature and folding in sifted powdered sugar, fragrant vanilla bean paste, and just a whisper of liqueur and heavy cream by hand with a silicone spatula, you achieve a lush, velvety texture that holds its shape beautifully. It is luxuriously thick, perfectly scoopable, and rich enough to elevate everything from layered trifles and tarts to a simple bowl of fresh berries.
