Collection: Bakeware

Bakeware comes in many forms: Metal cake pans, muffin pans, cookie sheet, pizza pans, pie pans, loaf pans. We have the more spectacular springform pans in round or square. We have crop bottom pans for cakes, pies, and tarts such as fluted pie pans. These metal bakeware can be regular, non-stick coated, stainless steel, carbon steel, or copper - and sometimes cast iron. I am particularly fond of enameled cast iron, such as Le Creuset. Bakeware is also often ceramic or porcelain. These are thicker and hold heat well, similar to enameled cast iron and they are an attractive addition to your bakeware.

Bakeware also includes baking accessories like pastry rings, rolling pins, and cookie cutters, muffin cups, and silicone pads or molds, cake cutters, baking cloths, and decorating supplies.
