Body Thermometer, Engineering, Baking, and Cooking This is the same thermometer used for all applications.  For health monitoring you can get the set with the pulse ox. Since it was available, I listed it for you, but you won't need that for baking or cooking.

I use one of these in the kitchen. It is super fast and accurate and I can check temps in a flash when I am juggling multiple preparations and trying to get the timings right and the results depend on the right temperature.
