Suzannah's Kitchen Metal Dessert Base Cake Board

This metal dessert base plate serves as a sturdy and uniquely attractive base for small desserts and single servings. Use it for demolding and storing. I like to use these while making desserts as they make it easier to put frost or fill layers and chill them in the fridge. I like to use them at home to store and serve small entremets and dessert servings because they are studier than cardboard bases, easier to get the desserts onto and off than plates and can be washed and reused infinitely unlike foil covered cardboard bases. The felt backing on the bottom keeps them from slipping while you're decorating. I also like to use them as coasters.
