Silicone Charlotte Cake Mold

Quick and easy way to make a cake that looks like a Charlotte.

You can simply cut a circle from the middle and fill it with Bavarian Cream and Mousse. Level the circle into a 1.4" layers and use to layer cake, Bavarian cream, and mousse throughout. Then top with Chantilly Cream and Strawberries for a real Charlotte with half the effort. 

Made of silicone, the cake is easy to unmold. Silicone is durable, light weight and takes up little space.  This cake mold is 19.5cm (7.67") X 6.1cm(2.5") Makes one low cake or a cake layer.
