Silicone Macaron Mats

If you are just starting out baking macarons you may find it a little hard to gauge the right size and to keep it consistent. These mapped mats really help. Some cooks say they cook a little differently than if cooking on the pan. I always use silicone mats to bake macaron shells and I have no trouble at all getting a great macaron from them. There are so many factors that affect the macaron shell bake including oven temperatures and consistency, humidity, and of course your technique when preparing the macaron batter.
