Confectioner’s Sugar 50g
Irish Cream 15ml (.5 oz) I

Steps
STEP 1: Sift the confectioner's sugar into a medium size mixing bowl
STEP 2: Drizzle in the Irish Cream while mixing it in. It is best to mix the liquid into the sugar a little at a time until you have the consistency you want. If you need more, add just a little more at a time. You want it to be thick, but pipeable, spreadable.

SERVING
The icing will get stiffer and a little hard depending on how thick you made it. So, it is best to pour or spoon it over dessert immediately while it is most liquid.
If you want to pipe it, make it a little thicker. Pour it into the piping bag and close the bag at both ends. Let it sit to thicken a bit before piping.
